Founded in 2014 by Ann Lewis Roberts and Mark Roberts, Roberts Media’s mission is passionate storytelling through the lens of comedy, suspense, effortlessly diverse characters, and engaging transformations.

Mark Roberts

Mark Roberts is a first-generation Mexican American film and television producer. He co-founded Roberts Media, a full-service content production company with his partner Ann Lewis Roberts. His background is steeped in independent film and documentaries. Roberts is committed to storytelling through a diverse lens featuring comedy, music, and family. Roberts loves working closely with writers, directors, and actors and is involved in all aspects of projects, from development to delivery.  

In 2025, Roberts Media produced the award-winning “A Christmas Spark” starring Mario Lopez, Ali Corbin, and Charlie Beso,s and “Chasing Christmas” with Trevor Donovan and Jillian Murphy, with up-and-comer Dominic Lopez. In 2024, Roberts Media produced three films including the #1 ranked movie for Netflix, “Meet Me Next Christmas” starring Christina Milian, Devale Ellis, and acapella group PENTATONIX, written by Camilla Rubis and Molly Halderman. Roberts and long-time producing partner Mario Lopez released two films for Great American Pure Flix, including Mario & Courtney Lopez's “Once Upon A Christmas Wish” and “Get Him Back For Christmas” with Alexa and Carlos PenaVega, who also star and produce. Roberts Media and Lopez’s ViaMar productions have a long-time partnership, including the well-received “Feliz NaviDad,” “Holiday in Santa Fe,” and “Steppin’ into the Holiday” for Lifetime Television.

Upcoming Roberts Media projects include “Wasp Woman” starring Amy Sedaris, written and directed by Paul Dinello, a follow-up to Sundance official selection “Strangers With Candy”, a collab with Amy, Paul, and Stephen Colbert with executive producer David Letterman and Roberts producing.

Mark Roberts is also the co-host of the informative Film Hustlers podcast, ranked #7 in ‘Best Filmmaking Podcasts,’ featuring revealing interviews with industry pros about their humble beginnings and journey to success. 

Ann Lewis Roberts D.G.A/W.G.A

Ann Lewis Roberts is an award-winning producer, executive and writer, and founder and President of Roberts Media, a scripted and non-fiction production company. A member of the DGA & WGA, Roberts began her career as an intern at the trail blazing newsmagazine “Entertainment Tonight,” and worked her way up to senior producer and showrunner. Roberts was recruited to NBC to launch “Access Hollywood”, then by Comcast to serve as Vice President, Programming and Development for E! Networks, where she was responsible for successful series including “Dr. 90210”,  How Do I Look”, and “Clean House”. The Walt Disney Company brought Roberts to Disney ABC as Senior Vice President, where she oversaw ABC Media Productions, programming for primetime, daytime, streaming, and cable, including oversight of Emmy Award-winning franchises “Who Wants to Be A Millionaire,” “The View,” “Win, Lose or Draw,” and “The Chew.”  Roberts added scripted film and series when she opened Roberts Media in 2014 with her partner Mark Roberts and, more recently, joined forces with Google and YouTube to build content channels featuring scripted and unscripted content for talent communities.

Roberts’ current programming includes “A Christmas Spark” and “Chasing Christmas” on Great American Pure Flix, the “Cheap Old House” franchise on MAX and Discovery+, as well as the popular Disney+ series “Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings” and “Decorating Disney,” also streaming on Apple TV.

Roberts has the rare perspective of programming linear and digital content as a buyer and a seller. Roberts has a powerful understanding of how to find creative talent, nurture writers and producers, and foster programming that elevates a platform. Proud of her recently completed Journalism degree, Roberts is also a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
